Embrace It Africa, Inc.'s (EIA) mission is to establish sustainable development programming for a collective 42 villages in southern Uganda, known as the Bethlehem community. In close collaboration with the community, EIA enacts its mission through microfinance, infrastructure development, student sponsorship, HIV/AIDS counseling, and agricultural sustainability.

Mikwano, which means Friendship in Luganda, has successfully distributed 36 loans to the Bethlehem community of southern Uganda. Mikwano Microfinance would like to offer a classroom setting for youth to come and learn, understand, hopefully some day, manage a small business.
